#1 truly beautiful! however i believe there is a digital anarchy plug in which will create 3d ocean in after effecs. This one here is great too. don't get me wrong!

It's just that digital anarchy one lets you fly over the ocean; basically gives you full control over the camera movement, the lights & the waves.

#4 I think in cinema 4d you can export cameras..not even sure about lights. but I'm sure you can't export from AE to cinema 4d. apparently you can do that with max2ae.
