How to create a realistic ocean in Adobe after effects

For those of us who can't afford Maya Unlimited and its coveted Fluid Effects, here's a relatively simple way to create a convincing animated ocean scene using After Effects Pro.

truly beautiful! however i believe there is a digital anarchy plug in which will create 3d ocean in after effecs. This one here is great too. don't get me wrong!

It's just that digital anarchy one lets you fly over the ocean; basically gives you full control over the camera movement, the lights & the waves.

I guess he means "Psunami Water". It's so real you can't believe they did that in Aftereffects. It's pretty much render intensive though!
