In this short video tutorial, viewers will learn good general settings for preparing real-time streaming videos for high speed users. In this lesson the guide uses the Windows Media format to help educate users about video settings, audio settings and bandwidth considerations for delivering real-time streaming content from a streaming server. You'll also learn about and the 2-pass CBR coding method, smoothing out pixels and buffering. Another user had submitted the other part of this tutorial which teaches you how to compress videos for download streaming. Good, but this tutorial is about "real-time" streaming. I'm more interested in "download" streaming. Have you got anything on that?

Plz upload a video tute explaining how to use 'instant hd advance' in after effects and then compressing the file....
