In this lesson the guide uses the Windows Media format to help educate users about video settings, audio settings and bandwidth considerations for delivering real-time streaming content from a streaming server. You'll also learn about and the 2-pass CBR coding method, smoothing out pixels and buffering.

Good, but this tutorial is about "real-time" streaming. I'm more interested in "download" streaming. Have you got anything on that?

Plz upload a video tute explaining how to use 'instant hd advance' in after effects and then compressing the file....
