"Many individuals are not sure how to prepare downloadable streaming videos that will be placed on a web server. In this tutorial you can learn the general settings your can use when compressing content that will be downloaded. You'll learn techniques for adjusting frames per second, audio settings, key frame every, image smoothing and other video settings. This lesson also covers temporal compression and the 2-pass VBR coding method." This is part of a 3 episode tutorials I found on http://www.studiodaily.com. enjoy!

Thanks JamesTown! I was waiting for this; you know for many of us who work in small companies, "real-time" streaming - which you talked about in another submission - is not an option. So we don't care about it.

But download streaming? that's something I can relate to!
